With his hands on approach to working with numerous portfolio companies, Yoav sits on the board of several of JVP’s companies. Past exits include CyActive, acquired by PayPal in March 2015. Prior to joining JVP, Yoav headed venture capital consulting business, Altus Media, and ahead of that, spent five years as General Manager/COO and CMO of Exent Technologies. Prior to this, Yoav held executive positions with TeleKnowledge, an innovator in business support systems. Yoav spent six years in the Israeli Air Force, managing mission critical development projects including in the “enterprise” control, command & security space, and is a decorated officer. Yoav holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics (cum laude) and an MS in Computer Science (cum laude) from Tel-Aviv University, as well as an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management’s international program.

Ken Gonzalez has been a senior operating executive at technology companies for over 20 years. He has led the strategy and corporate business development functions for Siebel Systems (Oracle), McAfee, Avast and FireEye. During his career, he has completed over 40 acquisitions, 23 of which have been in cybersecurity. He has created, managed, and grown numerous strategic go-to-market partnerships from technology integration to OEM, reseller and two-tier distribution. Prior to joining NightDragon, Ken was Managing Director at ForgePoint Capital. Ken is a graduate of Harvard Business School and the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He also served in the U.S. Army as an infantry officer with the 82nd Airborne Division and the 75th Ranger Regiment.

As the CTO of the Source Defense, Hadar brings more than 15 years of varied executive experience, leading teams and developing multiple out of the box solutions. Formerly Chief Solution Architect at LivePerson global sales and alliances team, Hadar’s can-do approach helped to close contracts worth millions of dollars. As a cybersecurity pioneer, he has led projects with industry giants such as Bank of America, Chase, and others.

An entrepreneur at heart, transferring 30 years of experience in information technologies into venture capital investments. Co-managing the Springtide investment portfolio, overseeing all technical-related aspects of investments and monitoring related technological trends.

Karel oversees all technical-related aspects of investments and monitors related technological trends as well as co-manages the Springtide portfolio. He is a founder of an Inter-/Intranet solutions development company and has a long track record of delivering IT solutions to leading online players in the CR.

Karel holds a BSc in Computer Systems from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University.

Pete’s focus is on cloud-centric technologies, mobile, big data analytics, and IoT opportunities.

He focuses on growing his early stage technology companies and using the AllegisCyber Capital network to help leverage marketing channels and accelerate revenues for the portfolio. Pete also has broad experience helping start-up and established companies develop business plans, recruiting senior personnel, and procuring and structuring equity funding via strategic alliances with corporate partners.

Pete was a member of the Forbes Midas list in 2006 and 2007. Prior to Allegis, he was a co-founder of APV Technology Partners a seed and early-stage IT focused fund. Pete also worked at Asia Pacific Ventures, a consulting and technology advisory firm. While at Asia Pacific Ventures, he advised large Asian companies including Fujitsu, Hitachi Data Systems, and NTT.

As the CEO of Source Defense, Ross brings 20+ years of  executive leadership in the cybersecurity and fraud prevention industry to the table. He specializes in architecting companies with growth rates that far outpace the market spaces in which they operate. This has resulted in multiple successes including a NASDAQ IPO, a $1B acquisition, and massive returns on shareholder value.
